Vice President Operations & Owner
“I started in The Pike Pub kitchen back in 1998. I was a Culinary Student at SCCC with a goal to one day become a chef. After a few years in the restaurant industry I realized that my skills were better utilized in the front of house. I moved from the kitchen to the dining room and over the next 5 years worked my way into a leadership position and as lead bartender. In 2006, when Charles and Rose Ann came back to Pike Brewing, they elevated me to General Manager and asked me to lead the incredible upgrade to The Pike Pub. After 5 years as the GM the next challenge appeared- becoming Pike Brewing’s first Vice President of Operations.
In my current role I manage all aspects of The Pike Pub, from menu development and beer education to staffing. My work in the Brewery focuses on planning, production calendar, staffing, project management, new beer creation, pricing, and distributor management. I love it all and get particularly excited about keeping the day to day of Pike Brewing humming while working with Charles and Rose Ann on setting long range plans for Pike Brewing. Ask me about my not-so-secret love of spreadsheets.
At the end of the day you can find me with my favorite Pike Brewing beer, Pike XXXXX Stout. We make a wonderful array of amazing beers, each one fitting the right time or food pairing, but the Pike XXXXX Stout is perhaps the world’s finest Stout and can go toe to toe with any Stout in the world.“
